Ashley Casaus has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Ashley began their career at Northpark Transportation in 2012 as a Data Entry/Rate Clerk, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined TazWorks LLC and held various roles including Customer Support/SME, SME/Internal Training/Onboarding, SME/Internal Content Marketing, and finally Customer Experience Management/SME from 2017 to 2021. Ashley then moved to MeridianLink in 2021 and served as a Software Training Specialist III until February 2022. Currently, they are a Sales Engineer TazWorks at MeridianLink, responsible for delivering technical presentations to customers, collaborating with other teams, and solving business gaps using TazWorks Software.

Ashley Casaus attended the University of Utah from 2006 to 2007, studying General Studies. Ashley then transferred to Salt Lake Community College, where they pursued General Studies from 2007 to 2009. Ashley obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Design Thinking: Customer Experience in June 2019, Onboarding New Hires in August 2018, Leading Yourself in July 2018, Strategic Thinking in July 2018, The Neuroscience of Learning in June 2018, Developing Self-Awareness in April 2018, Managing Employee Performance Problems in April 2018, and Customer Service Leadership in March 2018.
