Cheryl H.'s work experience begins in 1992 at Realtime Associates, where they worked as a Producer for over 16 years until 2009. In this role, they managed various aspects of game development projects.
In 2009, Cheryl H. joined MeridianLink as a Software Support Engineer. Cheryl provided technical support for MeridianLink's LOS software, building strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer service. Cheryl also created and updated internal and client-facing documentation.

In this role, they managed and implemented new third-party integrations, utilizing API services and proprietary software framework. Cheryl also re-established existing 3rd party relationships and created vital documentation for onboard procedures, set up, functionality, and troubleshooting.
Cheryl H. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Cheryl pursued their education at the university from 1987 to 1992.
