Cong Wang

Cong Wang has a diverse work experience in the field of quality engineering and software development.

Starting from January 2021, Cong worked at MeridianLink as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. During this role, they designed and implemented various tools and frameworks for API and UI testing, increasing code coverage and productivity significantly. They also set up continuous integration jobs and conducted research to select appropriate automation frameworks. Additionally, Cong prepared QA onboarding sessions and documents for new colleagues.

Prior to this, Cong worked at Teledata Communications, Inc. from July 2015 to January 2021, first as a QA Engineer and then as a Senior QA Engineer.

From July 2008 to August 2012, Cong worked at PING AN INSURANCE (GROUP) COMPANY OF CHINA ,LTD as a Senior Software Development Engineer. They were responsible for designing and implementing interfaces for external customers and supporting Ping An Annuity staffs in emergency situations.

Cong Wang received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science at Stony Brook University from 2013 to 2015.
