Ismael Perez

Ismael Perez has a diverse work experience with a range of roles in the field of IT and software development. Ismael started their career in 1998 as a Developer at Sophcom, where they worked until 2003. Ismael then joined Appro Systems as a Programmer II from 2003 to 2005. Perez then joined APPRO CRIF Lending Solutions as a Senior Software Developer from 2005 to 2013, where they were responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining windows and web applications. Ismael then transitioned to the role of IT Specialist from 2013 to 2016 and later became an IT Service Manager II from 2016 to 2018. During their time at APPRO CRIF Lending Solutions, Perez also served as a member of the Process Engineering Group and contributed to establishing company guidelines. In 2018, they joined Two Tigers Studio, LLC as an Owner/Member. Currently, Ismael Perez is working at MeridianLink as a Senior Technical Project Manager, where they are responsible for running Scrum and Kanban teams, creating and enforcing processes, and serving as a Jira Admin and Certified Scrum Master.

Ismael Perez, CSM, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University. Ismael completed their undergraduate studies from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Ismael obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2017.
