Jose Romo-Velazquez

Jose Romo-Velazquez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jose started their career at UC Irvine Health in 2013 as a Student Programmer, where they managed projects and provided end-user support for the Obstetrics & Gynecology department. Jose also created and maintained online forms and served as the webmaster for the department's website.

In 2015, Jose joined MeridianLink as a Customer Productivity Engineer. Jose provided excellent customer support for the LendingQB system, staying up-to-date on system knowledge and assisting customers through live chat and phone. Jose researched system behavior and translated technical information into easily understandable bits of information.

Later, Jose transitioned to the role of Integration Support Engineer at MeridianLink in 2016. In this role, they collaborated with business partners and clients to onboard new services, support existing services, and provide technical support related to integrations for clients on the software platform. Jose managed projects to onboard new services with business partners, including clients, vendor partners, and third-party developers.

During their time at ICS Student Council from 2012 to 2015, Jose served as a member of the Project Management committee.

Overall, Jose has gained expertise in project management, technical support, customer service, and web development throughout their work experience.

From 2011 to 2015, Jose Romo-Velazquez attended UC Irvine, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
