Mark-David McCool has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Mark-David began their career in 2000 at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they worked as a Backline Support Programmer and later as an On Demand Services Compliance Programmer. In 2005, Mark-David joined Melissa Data as a Data Specialist, where they processed large amounts of data, provided technical support, and trained employees and customers. Mark-David then moved on to MeridianLink in 2016, starting as a Technical Support Representative and later transitioning to roles such as Technical Support Specialist II and Software Support Analyst II. In these positions, they worked closely with clients and internal resources to troubleshoot software and technical issues, explain features, resolve client issues, and deliver excellent customer service.
