Nilan Roy

Nilan Roy serves as the Sr. Director of Strategic Finance at MeridianLink since December 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in financial oversight and business partnering. Previously, Nilan held the position of Director of Strategic Finance at Automation Anywhere from September 2018 to December 2022, and before that, served as Senior Finance Manager at Jive Software from July 2015 to January 2018, focusing on supporting Global Field Operations and Customer Success. Nilan also contributed to Hitachi Data Systems as Finance Manager from August 2010 to June 2015, leading FP&A operations for North America. Nilan holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Jadavpur University.
