Reema Poddar

Reema Poddar is a corporate executive with over two decades of experience in product management, product engineering, and technology innovation. Reema is currently the Director at MeridianLink, a position they have held since January 2018. Prior to their current role, Poddar served as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Teradata from January 2017 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's product management, product engineering, and technology innovation efforts, as well as its corporate security functions. Poddar was instrumental in implementing and providing thought leadership, strategic, market, and technology directions that accelerated the growth and differentiation strategy of Teradata, transforming it from a Legacy On-Prem Data Appliance/Warehouse company to a proven Innovative Cloud Software Data & Analytics Market Leader.

Under Poddar's leadership, Teradata's product portfolio grew to be valued over $2 billion, with a team size of 2500. Reema championed and successfully increased R&D investment and moved the organization from siloed, waterfall, legacy, project-based to modern, agile, devops well-integrated product tech organization. Poddar also implemented end-to-end system wide automation and defined and implemented portfolio rigor applying right product management and engineering tools and practices.
