We are Meridional, founded in 2005 as a joint venture between TCS Group (Austria) and Premium Holdings (Brazil). We operate in the acquisition and processing of soybean co-products and other vegetable oils. We serve a wide range of markets, including biofuels, animal feed, agrochemicals, automotive, personal care, construction, metal working, and household.

We are a leading exporter of fatty acids, glycerin, and soy lecithin, exporting to 53 countries. For 2025, we project a volume of 160,000 tons, with 70% of our revenue expected from the international markets.

Our Operations Are Structured Into Three Main Divisions:

Industrial: We operate a modern industrial park in Ponta Grossa (Paraná, Brazil), consisting of two production units. Our Processing Plant is dedicated to the production of Fatty Acids and Lecithin, certified by international standards as ISCC, ISO 9001, Kosher and Halal. Our Synthesis and Formulation Plant specializes in the production of Methyl Esters, Polyols, Amines and various chemical specialties.

Distribution: Our newest division handles the distribution of chemical and oleochemical products - both imported and locally manufactured - from our Distribution Center in Guarulhos (São Paulo, Brazil).

Physical Trading: We manage the procurement, logistics, and export of glycerin, lecithin and vegetable oils through five Brazilian ports, with trading offices in Panama City and Austria.

Our corporate headquarters is located in Londrina (Paraná, Brazil). Across all our business units, we have a team of 120 highly qualified professionals committed to delivering excellence in both domestic and international markets.
