Dhaval Mungara

Dhaval Mungara has a strong background in information technology, with extensive experience in various roles. Dhaval currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at Merino Group, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, Dhaval worked as a Senior Manager at Reliance Industries Limited from December 2019 to October 2023. Dhaval also worked as an IT Service Manager at SITPL from August 2018 to November 2019. Before that, Dhaval was a Project Manager at RELIANCE CORPORATE IT PARK LIMITED from July 2015 to August 2018. Dhaval began their career as an Audio Visual Support Engineer at Microlink Solution Pvt Ltd from July 2014 to July 2015, followed by a role as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Sai Info Systems Pvt Ltd from July 2009 to June 2014.

Dhaval Mungara completed their education in a chronological order. Dhaval started their academic journey in 2006 and graduated in 2009 from A.V.Parekh Technical Institute, Rajkot 602 with a diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Then, in 2010, they enrolled at Singhania University where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, which they completed in 2013. After that, they furthered their education by joining Jaipur National University in 2019 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Information Technology in 2020.

Additionally, Dhaval Mungara has obtained various certifications. Dhaval received a certification in RPA Lifecycle: Development and Testing from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2022. In the same month, they also obtained a certification in RPA Lifecycle: Introduction, Discovery and Design from the same institution. In July 2020, they completed a certification in Technical Support Fundamentals from Coursera Course Certificates. Furthermore, they have received multiple certifications from Coursera Course Certificates and LinkedIn in various domains such as design thinking, critical thinking, customer service, and digital strategy.
