Ruchin Chaudhary has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Ruchin currently holds the role of Head of Design Department at Merino Group since November 2019. Prior to this, from November 2018 to November 2019, they served as Head of Project Management at 91springboard, where they were responsible for design language, project delivery, and system development for startup spaces. Ruchin also held the position of Head of Design Department at 91springboard from July 2017 to November 2018.

Ruchin has a strong background in education as well. Ruchin worked as a Visiting Professor at the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, from August 2008 to June 2017. During their tenure, they taught various courses in industrial design and contributed to the development of design education curriculum.

In the entrepreneurial space, Ruchin served as the Chief Products Officer at LetsCATCHUP from November 2013 to October 2016. Ruchin played a key role in designing the workflow, information architecture, and user interface of the career discovery platform.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ruchin co-founded RED Studio + Archihaus, a Gurgaon-based Design-Build consortium, where they led the design-build team for multiple projects across various sectors. Ruchin worked there from July 2006 to November 2013.

Ruchin's early career includes roles as a Senior Project Consultant at Hexolabs from October 2007 to May 2012, Deputy Manager at Godrej & Boyce from August 2005 to April 2006, Bio-Medical Engineering Intern at the Department of Veterans Affairs from May 2005 to August 2005, and Design Intern at Desmania Designs, Delhi from May 2004 to July 2004.

Ruchin Chaudhary completed a one-year Executive Management Development Program (eMDP) in Project Management at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Design (M.Des) degree in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 2003 to 2005. Before their postgraduate studies, Chaudhary pursued a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree in Architecture at Vastu Kala Academy from 1997 to 2003. Ruchin completed their Senior Secondary education with a focus on Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1984 to 1995.

In addition to their formal education, Chaudhary obtained various certifications. In 2016, they achieved elementary fluency in Spanish through Duolingo. In the same year, they also pursued courses such as "Learn Sketch3 from scratch" and "Getting Started with Illustrator CC" from Udemy.
