Stephen Plasco

Stephen Plasco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Security at Merion Cricket Club since March 2020, Stephen is tasked with building the security department from the ground up. As a Co-Owner of Innovative Networking Professionals since April 2019, Stephen helps facilitate networking opportunities for individuals at various career stages. In addition, Stephen holds the position of Director III at Melaleuca, focusing on environmentally friendly product manufacturing, and operates as the Owner and Lead Business Consultant at True Vision Consulting, LLC, where Stephen fosters relationships and implements effective solutions for diverse clients. Past experiences include serving as a Security Guard at Main Line Protection Services and holding managerial roles at Genuardis/Safeway.
