Joining Merion Residential in 2010, Morgan Newell began her career as a Leasing Associate in Sarasota, Florida. Although new to the industry, she was quickly promoted to the position of Community Manager within a year. Since that time, Morgan has managed multiple value-add properties in both Bradenton and St. Petersburg, Florida. As Regional Manager, she oversees more than 1,900 units throughout the state of Florida. Morgan brings both a passion to create an excellent resident experience and a zeal to cultivate a happy work culture. Focusing on promoting from within, she greatly desires to see her dedicated teammates grow and find their right “seat” within the company.
