Allison Erbel

Allison Erbel is a strategic and results-driven Organizational Development professional with a focus on talent development and employee experience. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at Meriplex, Erbel leads initiatives that enhance organizational culture and performance management. Previously, Erbel held various roles, including Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Thirty-One Gifts and Organizational Development Consultant at Associa, where they implemented training programs and engaged in talent assessment. Erbel earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University.
