Cynthia Newsom

Cynthia Newsom has a diverse work experience in the fields of account management, customer service, and project management. Cynthia currently works at Meriplex as an Account Executive, where they started in July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Technical Account Manager at the same company from May 2021 to July 2022, focusing on building relationships with customers and coordinating various business areas. Before joining Meriplex, Cynthia worked as a Project Manager from August 2019 to May 2021. Their previous position was as a Customer Experience Agent at Meriplex, where they started in September 2015 and worked until August 2019. Earlier in their career, Cynthia gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working as a Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representative and Associate at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions from July 2009 to August 2015.

Cynthia Newsom obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2009. Additionally, they earned a certification as a Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 3: Certified Associate from Fortinet in August 2021.
