Systems Administrator at Meriplex

Dale Holder has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dale began their career in 1985 as an Aviation Electronics Technician 2nd Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy, where they performed troubleshooting and maintained electronic systems onboard aircraft. After leaving the Navy, Dale worked at Gateway as a Technical Support Technician and later became a Technical Support Team Supervisor, where they provided customer support and conducted audits to ensure compliance. Dale then moved to CITICORP CREDIT SERVICES INC, where they served as a Unit Manager Inbound/Outbound Collections, managing a team of associates in a call center environment. Following this, Dale joined TechSkills as a student, completing coursework and obtaining certifications in the Information Technology field. Dale then worked at HBR Technologies as a Service Desk Technician, providing remote IT support to small businesses and educational customers. Currently, Dale is working as a Systems Administrator at Meriplex.

Dale Holder completed an Information Technology course at TechSkills in 2009-2010. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems at Bellevue University from 2001 to 2003. Dale'seducational journey began with an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Western Iowa Tech Community College, which they completed from 1999 to 2001.
