Mustafa al Dulaimi

Mustafa Al Dulaimi has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and networking. Mustafa started their career at Bank of North as a Help Desk Specialist from August 2010 to September 2011. Mustafa then worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Server Repair Tech from April 2013 to March 2015, where they provided technical support to customers and diagnosed and repaired computer systems.

From January 2016 to April 2016, Mustafa worked at Revention as a Helpdesk Technician, where they supported over 2000 users through phone and remote support. Mustafa also managed customers' database accounts and performed various administrative tasks.

In August 2016, Mustafa joined EnTouch Systems, Inc. as a Technical Support Specialist/HelpDesk, where they provided tier 3 technical support and assisted users facing network problems.
