Carolyn Shantz, CPA, CMI, has a wealth of experience in the field of accounting and taxation. Carolyn held various positions in reputable companies such as Merit Advisors, LLC where Carolyn currently serves as Executive Vice President, Superior Energy Services as an Indirect Tax Manager, Alvarez & Marsal Taxand as a Managing Director, and Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager. With a background in accounting from the University of Houston, Carolyn also worked as a Sales Tax Auditor at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
