Jeremy James

Jeremy James is a data and technology professional currently serving as the Head of Data and Technology at Merit America since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jeremy held senior positions at Flywire, including Sr. Director of Data Science & Analytics and Director of Data Science & Analytics, where responsibilities included overseeing analytics strategy and empowering teams through data. Jeremy's previous experience includes managing analytical processes at The Achievement Network, supporting performance evaluation, and statistical modeling. Additional roles encompass data analysis at Prince George's County Public Schools, co-founding eSentry Security during the Start-Up Chile program, and consulting at ARES Corporation. Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2009.
