Leslie Watts

Leslie Watts currently serves as Vice President, Private Banking Relationship Manager and Vice President, Treasury Management Officer at Merit Bank since January 2023. Previously, Leslie held the position of Assistant Vice President, Treasury Management at Progress Bank from December 2018 to January 2023, overseeing the Treasury Management Department across two states and managing daily operations and client relations. Leslie began a career in banking at First Metro Bank, where responsibilities included customer service and teller duties. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of North Alabama, with education also completed at Northwest Shoals Community College.
