Tanisha Shenoy

Tanisha Shenoy is an accomplished policy marketing intern at the Institute for Youth in Policy, where contributions include increasing outreach by 40% through data-driven campaigns. As a distinguished public policy fellow, Tanisha collaborated on a 30-page policy brief focused on educational equity. In addition to a successful career as a video content creator on YouTube and a monetized content creator on TikTok, Tanisha has served as the director of outreach for Key Club International, accumulating over 100 community service hours. Currently holding multiple roles including deck host at Waterworks Aquatics and brand partner for Merit Beauty, Tanisha also leads marketing initiatives for Digital Detox, a screen time reduction initiative. Further experience involves being an outreach coordinator for Debate4All and an international advocacy intern with Leadership Initiatives, honing skills in research and community empowerment. Tanisha is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Northeastern University.
