Kimberly Faust

Kimberly Faust is an experienced project manager currently working at Merit Controls since January 2024. Previously, Kimberly held multiple roles at Crown Castle from July 2019 to January 2024, including Manager of the Business Immersion Program, where responsibilities included designing experiences to support early career talent development. Additional roles include Junior Business Architect, Business Process Analyst, Associate Project Manager for Tower Implementation, and RF Engineer. Kimberly's earlier experience includes serving as a First Year of Studies Peer Advisor at the University of Notre Dame and as a Project Management Intern at ARCO/Murray, where project management skills were developed in commercial construction. Kimberly also interned at Merit SI, focusing on solar power engineering projects, and has work experience in customer service at Maria Foods. Kimberly earned a degree from the University of Notre Dame between 2015 and 2019.
