Hollis Hardiman CDFA™ has over 14 years of experience in the financial industry. From 2001 to 2013, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they were responsible for leading sales efforts, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2013, Hollis transitioned to become a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors LLC, providing financial advice to clients and focusing on educating women to become financially independent. In 2015, they joined LPL Financial as a Registered Representative, where they were responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness of third-party posts. In the same year, Hollis also became a Wealth Manager and Partner at Merit Financial, collaborating with clients to formulate action plans to achieve their financial goals and providing education to build confidence in investment and planning decisions. Additionally, they took on the role of Private Wealth Advisor at Price Financial Group, offering investment advice through Merit Financial Group LLC.

Hollis Hardiman CDFA™ graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they became a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst through the Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts™. In 2020, they obtained certifications such as Collaborative Divorce Financial Neutral from the Connecticut Council for Non-Adversarial Divorce and completed a 40 Hour Basic Divorce Mediation Training from the Mosten Guthrie Academy. Furthermore, they acquired additional qualifications in the financial field, including the Life Accident and Health certification in 2014, as well as the Series 66 and Series 7 certifications held through LPL Financial in 2014 and 2013, respectively.
