Jennifer Keegan

Jennifer Keegan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career as a Sales Representative at Arcobasso Foods, Inc in 1998. Jennifer then moved on to CMS Communications as a Procurement Specialist before joining Edward Jones as a Sr. Registration Specialist in 1999.

In 2003, Jennifer became a Licensing Coordinator at Bank of America/Nexstar Financial Corp., where they handled licensing and registration. Jennifer then transitioned to LPL Financial as an Operations Manager in 2006. While at LPL Financial, they managed operations-related tasks until 2013 when they joined oXYGen Financial Inc as the Director of Operations.

In 2016, Jennifer joined Professional Compliance Assistance, Inc. as a Registered Investment Advisor Compliance Consultant. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included providing compliance advice to registered investment advisers, assisting in SEC and State registrations, and conducting annual reviews of compliance programs.

Since 2017, Jennifer works at Merit Financial Advisors. Jennifer initially served as a Compliance Associate, handling training, branch exams, and regulatory inquiries. Later, they were promoted to Compliance Manager, where they focused on ensuring compliance with SEC and FINRA rules and regulations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Operations.
