Julie Barbier-Leblan

Julie Barbier-Leblan's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Julie is the CEO and Co-Founder of Merit Incentives, a global engagement technology company that offers platforms for customer and employee reward programs. Julie is also the CEO and Founder of MYLIST FZ LLC, a gift registry platform in the MENA region. Additionally, Julie has served as the President of the Incentive Marketing Association Middle East, Africa & Asia Pacific (IMA MEAPAC) and as a Board Member for the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA). Julie has held executive positions at GiftiGlobal.com and worked as a Solicitor - Associate at Mayer Brown and BMS Law Firm, specializing in finance and real estate law. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in Real Estate Finance at RBS International.

Julie Barbier-Leblan began their education at the University of Strasbourg in 1997, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Law in 2000. Julie then pursued further education at the University of Exeter in 2000-2001, focusing on law. In 2001-2002, Julie attended the University of Strasbourg again, this time earning a Master's degree in Real Estate Law. Following this, they attended CRFPA STRASBOURG - Ecole d'avocats from 2003 to 2004, completing their Bar exam in Solicitor school.
