Additionally, Dickens is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Grady Bay Capital since February 2016, focusing on investments in middle-market companies with a founder-friendly approach. As a Partner at CDI Global M&A since July 2017, Dickens specializes in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Previously, Dickens held various leadership positions, including Chief Strategy Officer at PlastiTown and CEO of Lighthouse Plastics LLC, where significant growth was achieved.
