James Hart

James Hart has held various managerial and project management positions in different industries, including manufacturing, consulting, insurance, and e-commerce. He is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Merit Manufacturing, overseeing daily operations and special projects. James is also the owner of Second Season Consulting, where he focuses on business and operations management, marketing, and special project management. Additionally, he is the Founder and Co-Host of the Reel Nerds Podcast. James has a Bachelor's degree in English from Colorado State University.
