Caleb Konstanski

Caleb Konstanski has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in sales and marketing roles. Currently, they are the Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Renal Therapies at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. In this position, they are responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts to drive growth for the Renal Therapies division. Prior to this, Caleb worked at Boston Scientific as a Senior Global Product Manager for Wolf Mechanical Thrombectomy. Caleb also held various product management roles at Cook Medical, where they were responsible for the downstream product management, market development, and sales and marketing operations for different divisions within the company. Before entering the healthcare industry, Caleb worked at Brooksource as an Account Executive and Senior Technical Recruiter, providing account management and recruitment services in the IT consulting and staffing field. Caleb also gained experience in business development and sales as a Business Development/Sales Consultant at Curry Auto Center. Caleb began their career as a soccer coach and player, working at the Indiana University and Chicago Fire Soccer Club.

Caleb Konstanski earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington in 2012. Caleb is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Purdue University, with expected completion in 2023. Caleb has also obtained certifications including LCS Level 1c - Green Belt from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2021, A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement from LinkedIn in 2020, and Lean Six Sigma Project Manager White Belt in 2015.
