Cinthia Pava

Cinthia Pava is an experienced professional in the medical manufacturing industry, currently serving as an Engineer Manufacturing I at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. since July 2020. Cinthia has held various supervisory positions within the same company, including Production Supervisor I and Production Supervisor II, as well as roles such as Supervisor de producción and Team Lead prior to that, from March 2016 to April 2019. Cinthia's experience at Medtronic from July 2004 to March 2016 included positions as Team Lead, Trainer Technician, and Quality Inspector focused on incoming inspection.
