Tina Peng

Tina Peng has over a decade of experience in staffing and recruitment, currently serving as Staffing Manager at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. since September 2011, where responsibilities include collaborating with department managers to define talent strategies and staffing needs. Prior to this, Tina held the position of Staffing Team—COE Officer at Hewlett-Packard from December 2010 to May 2011, focusing on talent searching for the China Staffing Team and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. Tina also worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Access People from November 2006 to July 2010, where the role involved conducting market talent searches to deliver suitable candidates to meet clients' business requirements. Tina Peng holds a Master’s degree in Public Management from Beihang University.
