Dr. Derrick Gay serves as an Adjunct Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, where instruction focuses on "Reframing Diversity to Drive Belonging in Independent Schools." As an Adjunct Faculty member at Parsons Paris – The New School, Dr. Gay contributes to the academic environment while also fulfilling the role of Board Member at the Merit School of Music.
