Stephanie Miller

Stephanie Miller is an Administrative Judge at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, bringing with their extensive experience as a Career Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and as a Supervising Research Attorney at the Superior Court of Alameda County. Prior to their legal career, Stephanie served as an Associate at Leonard Carder and as a Skadden Fellow at Legal Aid Society of San Francisco, Employment Law Center. Stephanie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Masters of Social Welfare (MSW) from the School of Social Work at UC Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Berkeley.
