Cole Townsend

Cole Townsend is a highly experienced commercial project manager currently at Merit since September 2023. Prior roles include serving as a commercial agent at Meybohm Commercial Properties from May 2020 to September 2023 and as a land professional at National Land Realty from June 2018 to May 2020. Earlier career highlights feature a brand ambassador position at Free Fly Apparel and an assistant role at Georgia Southern University's Office of Advancement. Cole also held leadership positions with Ducks Unlimited, first as secretary and then as vice president for the Georgia Southern Chapter. Additional experience includes a sales associate role at The Charleston Angler and co-founding Bowtie Brand. Cole Townsend holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern University, earned between 2013 and 2018.
