Amie Buzadzija

Amie Buzadzija is a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Meritage Homes. Previously, Amie served as the Chief Operating Officer at SourceElemental, where Amie led executive growth, company culture development, and strategic partner relations. As an Independent Consultant, Amie provided leadership consulting and one-on-one coaching programs to c-level executives. Amie holds a Professional Coaching Certification in Business Coaching from iPEC Coaching and is currently pursuing a certification in Corporate Finance from the University of Maryland.
