Ashley Thomsen

Ashley Thomsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ashley began their career in 2004 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they held various roles including Management Trainee, Assistant Branch Manager, and Branch Corporate Accounts Manager. In 2005, they moved to Pulte Group and worked as a Customer Relations Manager and Construction Field Manager. Since 2013, Ashley has been with Meritage Homes, where they started as a Purchasing Agent V and progressed to roles such as Purchasing Manager, Director of Purchasing, Vice President of Purchasing, and most recently, Vice President of Operations since February 2022.

Ashley Thomsen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with minors in Human Resource Management and Marketing, from Western Illinois University from 1999 to 2003. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga University, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
