Brandy Melton

Brandy (Hicks) Melton serves as the Regional Director for Architecture in the South and Florida at Meritage Homes since April 2009, with a focus on new plan development and home design initiatives. Previous roles at Meritage include South Region Director of Product and Architecture and Plans Manager. Brandy's architectural career began at Legendary Communities as the Director of Architecture/Residential Design, designing numerous home plans, complemented by experience as a Senior CAD Designer at American Gables, Inc., and Archival Designs. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Design from the University of West Georgia, completed in 2001.
