Cody S Hood

Cody S Hood is an experienced purchasing manager with a robust background in supply chain management and financial management. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Meritage Homes since February 2015, Cody oversees all purchasing activities, including sourcing direct and indirect materials and services. Prior roles include Purchasing Manager at Geotechnical Consulting and Testing Systems, LLC, and a Treasury Intern at Republic Services, Inc., where project planning and finance functions were developed. Earlier experience as a Buyer and Production Control Planner at Applied Materials included managing spot-buy purchasing and overseeing significant production throughput. Cody holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management and Markets and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
