David Hutcheson

David Hutcheson is currently the Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Meritage Homes. Prior to this role, David worked at Toll Brothers as the Director of Land Acquisition and held the position of Finance Manager at Office Depot. With a background in finance and real estate, David brings over a decade of experience in the industry. Before transitioning into the world of finance, David pitched for the Chicago Cubs, where David achieved the impressive milestone of pitching a no-hitter in the Class A Florida State League. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
