David Hutcheson

David Hutcheson has a strong background in finance, real estate, and project management. David currently holds the position of Vice President Finance at Meritage Homes, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Toll Brothers as both a Director of Land Acquisition and a Land Acquisition Manager from March 2013 to May 2023. In their role at Toll Brothers, Hutcheson was responsible for strategic planning, financial analysis, and project management for land acquisition. Before joining Toll Brothers, Hutcheson worked at Office Depot as a Finance Manager, where they managed the Real Estate pipeline and the project portfolio. David also has experience in the sports industry, having worked as a pitcher for the Chicago Cubs from 1993 to 1996.

David Hutcheson completed their Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of South Florida from 1990 to 1993. David then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same university and graduated in 2000.
