Ekaterina Schwallie

Ekaterina Schwallie, CPA, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and construction industry. Ekaterina is currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Finance for Meritage Homes since September 2021. Additionally, they hold the position of Executive Sponsor for the Women's ERG at Meritage Homes and serves as a Mentor in the Advanced Leadership Program.

Prior to their current role, Ekaterina was the Vice President of Finance at Lennar from February 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they held the same position at CalAtlantic Homes from February 2017 to February 2018. Ekaterina also worked as the Division President at Richmond American Homes from August 2015 to October 2016.

In their earlier career, Ekaterina served as the Area Vice President of Finance at Ryland Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes) from August 2014 to August 2015. Ekaterina was also the Vice President of National Finance and Strategic Planning at Beazer Homes from June 2012 to August 2014.

Ekaterina started their career as the Director of Finance at Scott Communities/Scott Homes from June 2001 to October 2003. Prior to that, Ekaterina worked as the Controller at Superstition Crushing LLC from June 1997 to June 2001.

Their earliest work experience was as a Contract Administrator in Construction for Del Webb's Coventry Homes, which they held from an unspecified time in 1995 to an unspecified time in 1997.
