Eric Himarios

Eric Himarios has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Eric is currently working as the Director of Finance at Meritage Homes, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at KB Home from April 2021 to April 2022. Before their director roles, Eric worked at Meritage Homes as a Finance Manager from April 2018 to April 2021, Finance Analyst from April 2016 to March 2018, and as a Purchasing Agent from October 2014 to April 2016. Eric also has experience as a Research Analyst at CBRE from October 2012 to September 2014, conducting market research and analysis in the Houston real estate market. Early in their career, Eric held roles at Perry Homes, including Purchasing Manager in 2012 and Estimator from November 2009 to December 2011.

Eric Himarios earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Texas A&M University from 2005 to 2009. Eric then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Houston from 2013 to 2015.
