Evan Elbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and HR Systems at Meritage Homes since May 2021, Evan previously founded and acted as the Managing Partner of Summit Talent Solutions. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at The Trade Desk, where leadership was provided to a global recruitment team, and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at both ADP and the University of Phoenix, overseeing robust recruitment strategies and development of large teams.
