Jeff Lear has over 20 years of work experience in the homebuilding industry. Jeff has held various leadership roles in companies such as Meritage Homes, Taylor Morrison, and PulteGroup.

At Meritage Homes, Jeff currently holds the position of VP Strategic Sourcing, a role they started in September 2021.

Prior to Meritage Homes, Jeff worked at Taylor Morrison where they held two VP-level positions.
