Jesper Arnrup

Jesper Arnrup has extensive work experience in financial planning and analysis, with a particular focus on the rental industry. Jesper currently holds the position of Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Meritage Homes since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jesper worked at United Rentals, starting as a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in November 2006. Jesper later became the Region Finance Director for the Southwest Region, overseeing 37 rental branches. Jesper also contributed to United Rentals' integration with RSC Equipment Rental, after the two companies merged in April 2012. Before joining United Rentals, Jesper worked at RSC Equipment Rental as the Region Finance Director for the Southwest Region and as a Business Controller for the company's subsidiary, RSC Equipment Rental. Jesper started their career at Atlas Copco, where they held the position of Assistant Controller in Group Controlling before transitioning to the role of Business Controller for RSC Equipment Rental in the United States.

Jesper Arnrup earned their MBA in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed the International Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Lund University between 1997 and 2001. During 2000, Jesper also attended ESCP Business School to study Finance. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications such as Agile Foundations and Learning SQL Programming from LinkedIn, as well as completing a course in Leading Effective Decision-Making from the Yale School of Management in 2021.
