Kelly Tomas

Kelly Tomas has a diverse work experience in the field of people operations and human resources. Kelly started their career at Apollo Education Group in 2007, where they held various positions such as Staff Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2013, they became the Director of Human Resources at Apollo Education Group (University of Phoenix) before moving to Gap Inc. in 2016 as the Human Resources Director for Old Navy HQ. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of People Operations at Meritage Homes, a position they have held since 2017.

Kelly Tomas has received education from the following institutions: Arizona State University, University of Phoenix. At the University of Phoenix, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services.
