Kris Keown

Kris Keown is a seasoned professional in land development, currently serving as Vice President of Land Development at Meritage Homes since March 2019 and as Manager at JDK Development Group since April 2017. Additionally, Kris has held the position of Division Manager at Signature Homes since April 2005, overseeing operations in multiple locations, including Birmingham, Alabama, and creating over 30 communities that have housed more than 3,000 families. Kris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Resources from Auburn University between 1991 and 1996.
