Shane Kinney

Shane Kinney is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in the home building industry. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Meritage Homes since June 2022, Shane oversees the construction of over 40 new homes, efficiently multitasking in high-stress environments while managing trades and project timelines. Previous roles include Construction Manager at Kolter Group from January 2020 to June 2022, where Shane successfully managed home builds valued up to $1.4 million from inception to completion.
