Tony McLaughlin

Tony McLaughlin has extensive experience in the homebuilding industry, working in various roles throughout their career. Tony most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Meritage Homes, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Construction at Dream Finders Homes from March 2022 to April 2023. From May 2020 to November 2021, Tony held the role of Vice President of Operations at Davis Homes. Before that, they served as the Regional President Northeast and Division Manager Indiana at Century Complete from May 2018 to April 2020. Tony's career in the industry began in 2005 when they joined Davis Homes, a division of Davis Building Group, as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of operations and purchasing, including project management, pre-construction, design, and software development.

Tony McLaughlin has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Administration - Finance from Indiana University East and an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Business from Ivy Tech Community College, graduating cum laude. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Habits to Win Every Day" from LinkedIn in 2023.
