Vianey Cota Salaz

Vianey Cota Salaz is an experienced talent acquisition and operations leader with a robust background in designing and executing recruitment strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Talent Operations and Systems Manager at Meritage Homes since July 2020, Vianey previously held multiple roles at the University of Phoenix, including Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities included developing high-performing recruitment teams and implementing strategies to attract a diverse workforce. Before that, Vianey worked as an HR Supervisor at United States Gypsum, overseeing employee engagement and safety programs.
