Wesley Davis

Wesley Davis is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Restaurant Development Specialist at Meritage Hospitality Group since May 2024. Previously, Wesley held the position of Corporate Chef at The Gilmore Collection from November 2022 to May 2024. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Blue Water - The Gilmore Collection, Bostwick Lake Inn - The Gilmore Collection, and Bobarino's, as well as Executive Culinary Artist at Grand River Grocery. Wesley's culinary career began as an Executive Chef at Blythefield Country Club and Bar Divani. Wesley earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Grand Rapids Community College between 1996 and 1999 and holds a High School Diploma from Forest Hills Central.
