B. Kyle Eaton

B. Kyle Eaton, MPA, currently serves as the Quality Improvement Officer at Meritan, Inc. since March 2017, where responsibilities include coordinating quality improvement measures and managing agency accreditation compliance. Previously, B. Kyle Eaton held the position of Database Coordinator/DUI Counselor at Shelby County Government from April 2010 to October 2015, focusing on data reporting for client compliance and program efficiency within the Drug Court Program. Prior experience includes working as Office Manager at the 24th Judicial District Community Corrections Program from November 2006 to February 2009, overseeing operations and conducting visits with felony offenders. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from The University of Memphis, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the same institution.
